Finance Samjho is run by [OWNER: registered business or individual name]from India. "The owner" below means that person, and "you" means anyone using the site.

This point is important enough to state twice. The content here explains how money, markets, tax and products generally work. It never takes your circumstances into account, because it cannot see them.

No adviser relationship

Reading, watching or paying for content does not make the owner your financial adviser and creates no duty to act in your interest on any particular decision.

Products and names

Where a product, platform or company is named, it is named to explain a point. It is not an endorsement, and the owner is not responsible for what that third party does.

• An account belongs to one person. Do not share it.
• Sign-in codes are single-use and personal. Never forward one, and never enter one on a page you did not open yourself.
• Use an email address you control and keep it current, or you will not be able to sign in.
• If you think someone else has reached your account, write to [OWNER: contact email address] straight away.
• You must be at least [OWNER: minimum age to hold an account, e.g. 18] to hold an account.

Some content is open to everyone and some is for members. A membership gives you personal access to members-only content for as long as it is active. It does not transfer any ownership in that content to you.

Memberships are currently granted by the owner by hand. There is no online payment on this site yet.

When paid memberships open, prices, billing, cancellation and refunds are covered by the cancellation and refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Card, UPI and bank details would be entered on the payment gateway's own systems and are never stored on this site.

All articles, videos, images and text on this site belong to the owner unless stated otherwise. Your membership buys access, not a licence to redistribute.

You may read it, and you may quote a short passage with credit.

You may not copy, republish, resell, upload elsewhere, share behind another paywall, distribute privately at scale, or use it to build a competing product or a dataset — whether or not you charge for it.

• Try to reach members-only content without an active membership, by any means.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or automate access to it.
• Probe, disrupt or overload the site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.
• Impersonate the owner, the brand, or another member.

The site is run by one person and is offered as it is. It may be unavailable at times, planned or otherwise, and no uptime is promised.

Content may be added, edited, corrected or withdrawn at any time. If something material to a paid membership is withdrawn, the refunds page is what applies.

You can stop using the site at any time, and delete your account yourself from your account settings. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone.

The owner may suspend or end access where these terms are broken — sharing members-only content or an account being the clearest cases. If a paid membership is ended for a reason that is not a breach by you, the refunds page applies.

Links from this site open YouTube, Instagram and other services that are not run by the owner. Their terms and privacy policies govern what happens once you are there. The owner is not responsible for their content or their behaviour.

To the extent the law allows, the owner is not liable for any loss — financial, commercial or otherwise — arising from a decision you took after reading or watching something here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [OWNER: city whose courts apply, e.g. Mumbai, Maharashtra] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
